Take this important survey concerning traffic congestion on I-26

Tired of the traffic congestion on your commute to work?  The South Carolina Department of Transportation is conducting a survey in an effort to reinforce the idea of developing a high-occupancy vehical (HOV) lane

High-occupancy vehicle lanes are meant to reduce the number of vehicles on the road by encouraging carpooling. Vehicles with two or more occupants could use the HOV lanes.

High-occupancy toll lanes would be open to drivers traveling alone who are willing to pay a toll to use the lanes. Commuters who carpool also could use HOT lanes without paying the toll.
