You are so Right Cindy! I can’t think of a better time to buy than right now! As a lender with Home Mortgage Choices, a subsidiary of Guaranty Bank, I see everyday how Real Estate Professionals, such as yourself, are helping people achieve their piece of the American Dream!

Rates ARE historically low. Even if you exclude the extremely high rates of the early 1980s! I just approved a young couple, just out of college and recently married, for a 30 year fixed loan with NO DOWNPAYMENT! There are so many competitive loan programs to offer people of all different financial backgrounds.
